After completing your purchase for your Bookkeeping Kickstart service, you’ll be redirected to our Welcome page with instructions on next steps including the following:

You’ll complete a questionnaire to provide details about your business and bookkeeping needs.
You'll be sent a link to schedule your QBO setup call.
Once we have access, we’ll use this information to set up your QuickBooks Online (QBO) and bookkeeping file on the backend

Once everything is set up, we’ll send you a link to schedule your Kickstart Call to:

Link your bank and/or credit card accounts
Walk you through your new bookkeeping system
Provide hands-on training so you feel confident managing your books

For Bookkeeping Reset (Custom Quote Needed)

Since every Bookkeeping Reset varies based on the level of cleanup required, we will need to gather some information.
After clicking on the "Select Bookkeeping Reset" button, you’ll fill out a brief questionnaire so we can determine the scope of the project.
Once we review your questionnaire, you’ll receive an email with a link to book your Reset Call.
On this call, we’ll review your books together inside QuickBooks Online (QBO) to assess the level of cleanup needed.
After the call you’ll receive a custom quote based on our findings, along with an outline of the cleanup process.
If you move forward, we’ll provide you with a start date and estimated completion date for the project.
We’ll also need Accountant’s User access to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) file to begin work.
Once the cleanup is complete, we’ll schedule your 1-hour training session to review everything and ensure you feel confident maintaining your books.

What happens after our final training call?

After your Kickstart Call or final training session, you’ll have a fully set-up and organized QuickBooks Online (QBO) file along with the knowledge to confidently maintain it. You’ll also receive a Financial Checklist & Best Practices Guide for ongoing reference. For additional support, you can join the DIY Money Club, where you’ll have access to continued training and guidance.

Do I need a QuickBooks Online (QBO) subscription?

Yes, we only work with QuickBooks Online (QBO) for bookkeeping setup and cleanup services. We’ll work with you to set up your QBO account as part of the process.

How long does the Bookkeeping Kickstart service take?

Once we receive your completed questionnaire and QBO subscription is set up, we typically set up your QBO file within 1 to 2 business days. After that, we’ll schedule your Kickstart Call to complete the process and provide training.

How long does the Bookkeeping Reset service take?

The timeline for Bookkeeping Reset depends on the level of cleanup required. During your reset call, we’ll assess your records. After our call we will get to work to provide you with a custom quote along with an estimated start and completion date.

Can I request additional training or support after my services are completed?

Absolutely! If you need continued support after your Kickstart or Reset service, you can: ✔ Join the DIY Money Club for ongoing bookkeeping guidance and training. ✔ Book one of our personalized 1:1 services for additional support.
